Payment
We use PayPal to process your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. This is a safe, secure way of shopping that allows us to confirm payment and ship your jewelry as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Please allow 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) for the delivery of your purchase via the U.S. Postal Service.
For international orders - please allow extra time for your package to arrive. Some international orders can be delayed due to Customs, so please allow some extra time for this possibility (occasionally 5-6 weeks). The customer is responsible for any customs or taxes due.
Rush orders - Island Bangles may be able to offer rush delivery for in stock items at an additional charge over our regular shipping fees. Please email kate@islandbangles.com to be sure your item is in stock and available for rush delivery. Please provide the mailing address we can provide you with an accurate expedited delivery quote.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be pleased with your Island Bangles purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact kate@islandbangles.com within 15 days of the receipt of your order. We will gladly exchange your gift for another item available at Island Bangles, or for a merchandise credit for a future purchase at IslandBangles.com. After 15 days, all sales are considered final. Your return merchandise must be received back to us within 21 days upon receipt of your order. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable. Custom or customized orders are not refundable or returnable.
HOLIDAY ORDERS (Orders placed between Nov 25th - Dec. 25th): Orders that are placed for holiday gift-giving are granted an extension of the 15 day return period. Holiday gifts may be returned to us by Jan. 15 after the holiday season for an exchange for other merchandise or a merchandise credit at IslandBangles.com. After Jan. 15, all sales are considered final.
Please email us at kate@islandbangles.com BEFORE returning items stating the order number, which item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We respond by email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email as soon as possible. We will not process returns without prior authorization.
Merchandise must be in the original, clean, unused condition. Used, unclean or damaged items can not be accepted. Merchandise must be carefully packed in a sturdy box with the original packaging. NOTE: We will not accept or take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in return shipping back to us. Once we receive your package, we will email you to let you know that we have received the item, and how to use your merchandise credit. Please contact us at kate@islandbangles.com for the return mailing address.
If the item you received was damaged, defective or incorrect, we will be happy to send you a refund when the item is received or a replacement as quickly as possible.ur use.
