Ordering
We use PayPal to process your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. This is a secure way of shopping that allows us to confirm payment and ship your jewelry as quickly as possible. You can purchase one item or multiple items with a single payment. Our shopping cart currently is set up for the continental U.S only.

Shipping
Available jewelry items will be shipped within 1 to 3 days of payment confirmation. If an item is no longer available, you will be notified by email or phone. Options for ordering a similar item can be discussed. All jewelry will be shipped from Coronado, California through USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation and arrives in about 4 to 6 days in the continental US. Shipping and insurance fees are paid by the customer and will be individually calculated based on the total amount of your order.

Returns
Our jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Since all of our jewelry is handcrafted many pieces may have slight natural irregularities. Should the jewelry fail and examination reveals it was due to negligence on our part, we will repair or replace the item at no cost or, if preferred, give a full refund. Island Bangles must be notified prior to any item being returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend you insure your package.

Privacy Policy
Island Bangles respects the privacy of our customers and visitors to our website. We maintain a list of the names and addresses (including e-mail addresses) of individuals who purchase jewelry from us, or who request to be put on our mailing list. Periodically, we may notify those on our list by mail or e-mail about new items, special sales, and other matters related specifically to our business. We do not disclose the names, addresses, or other information about our customers or correspondents to others without permission.
